Abdomen Self Massage for Constipation. A great technique to use to improve digestion and relieve constipation.
Please note this technique was derived from an Eastern Hara Massage practice. It differs from the more widely taught Western Massage practice in which the direction of movement would be opposite, going from left side of abdomen to the right.
Please do the technique in the direction that resonates most with you. In my work with clients, I have had no complications or challenges when doing it in the right to left direction, and because this is my educational background, I feel most comfortable with it.
